In the case of serious illness there is always a doctor on duty. Patients should contact the surgery on 0121 744 2025 where you will be given further instructions. A telephone answer service will provide you with the number of the duty doctor. This practice is a member of Badger Out of Hours Co-operative and you will be offered advice, on emergency consultation or a home visit, as appropriate.
Patients can always obtain general medicine advice via the NHS Direct 24 hour service by phoning 0845 4647 or via the website: www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
Alternatively patients can use the Solihull Health and Walk-in Centre, Solihull Hospital, Lode Lane, Solihull, B91 2AE, which is open from early morning to late evening and offers treatment of minor illnesses and injuries.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
