Repeat Prescriptions

greepillsIf your doctor has authorised a repeat prescription, you may submit a written request or a computer generated request slip to obtain your medication. Your requests can be handed in, faxed or posted to the surgery.

Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered by following the link on this page to the online form. The first time you use this service you will need to carry out the quick and simple registration.

Your prescription will be available for collection two working days following the practice having received your request. If you wish it to be posted back to you please ensure that you enclose a stamped, addressed envelope.

Please read your prescription counterfoil each time you receive a new one to check that the details are correct. There may be a message printed on it asking you to see the doctor or nurse before your next prescription is issued.

  • Lloyds Pharmacy, Tanworth Lane
